What makes the CCI programme different?
The techniques and philosophy taught in this selective, accredited and highly regarded programme give our participants a real edge in the business world.
By sharing the secrets of how to produce deep and lasting shifts in behaviour and attitude in senior executives, the training delivered by this Corporate Coach International course can be the starting point for a new direction for some and a valuable additional set of skills for others.
Graduates of the CCI programme have gone on to use their qualification in a variety of ways, from becoming independent executive coaches themselves (some employed by Ros Taylor’s own consultancy) to introducing their new skills in different environments, including sports coaching and the public sector. Plus, we find many of our participants make valuable personal contacts within the CCI peer network which can also be beneficial to future opportunities.

Coach within your organisation
The CCI programme isn’t just for those who want a new start. It can be equally valuable in the role you’re in right now.
If you’ve experienced the benefits of coaching yourself, one to one or within a team environment, you know first hand the powerful effect high quality coaching can have. The proven measurable results that emerge when someone is challenged, understood and encouraged to explore firstly themselves and also the dynamics of their teams – all these things can be facilitated by an existing staff member, given the right training.
HR Directors, senior management, board directors, people at all levels have undertaken our programme and gone on to coach and develop their own people, as well as personally benefitting from the experience across the nine months of the course.
Add a coaching qualification to your career profile
For some, adding an executive coaching qualification to their CV is a bold tactical move which can make all the difference in winning future senior positions.
Corporate Coach International certificates and diplomas are internationally recognised, academically-accredited (ILM Level 7) and personally challenging – surely the best kind of Continuous Professional Development you can do. And even better, you can achieve this award while contiuing with the day job.
The face-to-face tuition takes place over three weekends over the nine month duration of the course, with all other study assignments available to do on a flexible basis.
